When did god becomes a drug in recovery support groups

Whether or not he qualifies as a drug in these support groups is up for debate. However he certainly serves a very important and helpful purpose by providing a dynamic that addicts can latch onto and substitute for their drug of choice.
The stages of recovery are admission compliance acceptance and surender to believe in your self actualization you need nourishment too realize that you are describing the best possible professional treatment for all people who think about our moments in life discsion believe me because COVID pandemic is important to me but I still say god is not a drug It's easy sometimes to look at what someone else seems to have, and those feelings of envy pop up. You're human, those things happen.

What isn't as easy is looking past the surface, and understanding that the someone you're looking at, is probably wearing a society mask the same as pretty much everyone else.

That mask portrays whatever they want it to, to cover what's underneath. The reality could be that the person you're envious of for what you see, is a person who needs those things to try to fill the cavernous hole of emptiness inside.

Try being grateful for what you've got, for anything good in your life, for any smiles you've seen, anyone around you whom you realise you couldn't do without, a place you love, a roof over your head.

Don't get me wrong, this isn't to say you can't want more, that you can't be ambitious for more from your life, but maybe the message is that whilst you spend your time looking into the distance at the sparkles you think you want to reach, you could be overlooking the treasure underneath your feet.

When did god become a drug in recovery support groups or should we use Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs for incarcerated people
